Kellogg Bands

Welcome to the Kellogg Bands Website! My name is Shad Frazier and I am so happy to be in my first year teaching in Kellogg.

I graduated from the University of Idaho with a BM in Music Education: Instrumental in 2011 and then spent 2 years at Eagle Hills Elementary in Eagle, ID teaching K-5 Music, Orchestra, and Choir. I then spent 5 years as the Director of Bands and Orchestras at Lakes Middle School in Coeur d'Alene as well as a director for the North Idaho Youth Symphony. I have been a member of the Idaho Army National Guard since 2009 and currently serve as Commander for the 25th Army Band.

When I'm not teaching music I enjoy playing my saxophone, reading, listening to music, fishing, and just about anything else outdoors with my family. My wife, Allison Frazier, teaches Social Studies at Kellogg Middle School. Our son, Dean, just turned 1 in September.
